Ink October: Sketching for the fun of it

As many artists may be aware, it is the season of Ink October! I believe the tradition is around 10 years old now and was originally started by the artist, Jake Parker. The goal is to do a daily pen and ink sketch. The result is 31 complete drawings by the end on the month. Anyone who loves drawing/art, are welcome to participate.

Every year an official daily prompt list is distributed. Through the years however, other themed lists have popped up. The one I am planning on following this year is the medical/scientific illustration version created by Sci Art Now. (Information about Sci Art Now can be found at: https://sciartnow.com/blog/sciartnow-inktober .)

Stay tuned, since I plan on recording my Ink October sketches here as the month progresses. And to the other artists out there, Happy Inking!
